Advanced Qualification

Congratulations! You have completed basic qualification. In order to continue the qualification process we need your utility bill and some basic photos of your electrical system. Please complete the following information:

Utility Bill

Please provide a copy or picture of your current utility bill (all pages)

Front of house

Please provide a picture of the front of your home

Electrical Panel

Please provide a picture of the whole electrical panel

Electrical Panel Sticker

Please provide a picture of the sticker on the inside door of the electrical panel

Electrical Breaker

Please provide a picture of the electrical breaker (usually the top switch or breaker inside the panel)

Electrical Meter

Please provide a picture of the electrical meter. (usually located on the side of the home, has a spinning dial or digital readout)

Electrical Connection

Please provide a picture of the electrical wire going from the pole to the power meter. (If none and pipe goes underground take picture of whole power meter showing pipe going to ground)
